1、采用輕型屋面，不僅可減小梁柱截面尺寸，基礎也相應減小。

2、在多跨建筑中可做成一個屋脊的大雙坡屋面，為長坡面排水創(chuàng)造了條件。設中間柱可減小橫梁的跨度，從而降低造價。中間柱采用鋼管制作的上下鉸接搖擺柱，占空間小。
